​I am a coach and facilitator, working with a network of educators, researchers, foundations, districts, universities, and state agencies. We are working to bolster what happens in classrooms and organizations by shifting mindsets, practices, and support systems. I am committed to a system of schools and organizations where staff and students of color are thriving. I provide facilitation, strategy, and coaching services to leaders and teams.

 

My policy and strategy work focuses on: pandemic recovery planning, high-quality instructional materials and curriculum-specific professional learning, cultural responsiveness, teacher leadership and continuous improvement, Ed Prep Programming, teacher residency, and diversifying the workforce. Alongside partners, I work to advance new legislation, offer and allocate new funding streams, change practice across large and complex systems, and shift dynamics within teams.

Our work happens in classrooms, conference rooms, and lately much more so on Zoom - but I’m also now taking teams outside for collaboration, mostly through walking and structured conversations. I'm a certified running coach with RRCA and trained in first aid. As a leadership coach, I completed the Immunity to Change facilitators workshop with Minds at Work, and was part of the School Systems Leaders Fellowship. Send an email.
