Focus was on advancing practice at the "sweet spot" of culturally responsive teaching and standards-aligned instruction.

Supporting teacher leadership, continuous improvement, and curriculum-specific professional learning

Wrote strategic plan, led focus groups and feedback, including risk mitigation, accountability, and communications
